PJTZA Inc ("the App", "we", "us") provides live watchlist quotes, price charts, symbol search, market news links and a suite of trade & investment calculators. This policy explains what information the App handles, where it goes, and the choices you have. In short: the App has no user accounts, shows no ads, includes no advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not collect or sell your personal information.
We do not ask for, and do not collect, any of the following:
The App does not require registration or sign-in. We operate no server-side user profile, and we cannot identify you from your use of the App.
Your watchlist, app preferences and calculator inputs and history are stored locally on your device only, in a private application database. This data is not uploaded to us or to any third party. It is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
The App needs internet access for one purpose only: retrieving market data.
Requests are sent directly from your device to Yahoo Finance public endpoints
(query1.finance.yahoo.com, query2.finance.yahoo.com).
Those requests contain:

We do not build a history of your searches or watchlists, because the App does not transmit that data to us at all. Yahoo Finance receives these requests as an independent data provider and processes them under its own privacy policy (legal.yahoo.com). We encourage you to review it, since their handling of technical request data is outside our control.
If you add the PJTZA Inc widget to your home screen, the App writes the latest quote snapshot (symbol, price, change) into the widget's local storage so it can be rendered. This information stays on your device and is visible only on your own home screen.
Some screens offer links to third-party pages, such as a full news article or a provider's website. Selecting a link opens your device's browser or the relevant app. Once you leave the App, the destination's own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
The App requests only one permission:
INTERNET — required to download quotes, charts and news.Storage and media-library permissions (photos, videos, external storage) are explicitly declared as removed, so they cannot be merged into the App by any dependency. The App never reads your gallery or files, and it writes no files to shared storage.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information, because we do not collect any. There is no advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash-reporting SDK and no data broker integrated into the App. We may disclose information only if we are legally required to do so, and we have no personal data to disclose.
All network requests use HTTPS. Because the App keeps your data on your device and transmits no personal information to us, the main safeguard is your own device security: keep your operating system up to date and use a screen lock.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings (Android: Settings → Apps → PJTZA Inc → Storage → Clear data; iOS: deleting the App removes its data), or by uninstalling the App. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will act promptly.
The App is distributed worldwide. Because your watchlist and preferences never leave your device, no transfer of personal data across borders takes place on our side. Market-data requests go directly from your device to the data provider's servers, which may be located outside your country.
All quotes, charts, statistics, news links and calculator results are provided for informational purposes only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Verify data with your broker before acting, and consult a qualified professional.
If we change how the App handles data — for example, by adding an optional cloud sync feature — we will update this policy, revise the "Last updated" date above, and where required notify you in the App or through the store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
